ABOUT
Christine Yoo grew a love for art and design early in life – since drawing her first stick figure at 5 years old. Her knack for arts and crafts led her to pursue a higher education in design, where she gained a deeper understanding of the elements of art and the true power of design. She considers herself a jack-of-all-trades, building a bridge across various disciplines. Christine has an innate curiosity for the world and doesn’t like to put herself in a box - she is always striving to better herself and grow.
Many of her works stem from her appreciation for earth and the handcraft, and her belief in the importance of sustainable practices. She believes taking cues from the discoveries made in the process is imperative, and enables the designs to manifest organically. Her strong drive and attention to detail allow her to create personable, functional, and intentional designs.
Christine graduated from Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Product (Industrial) Design and minor in Communication Design. Her experiences in NYC helped build the strong foundation she needed to grow as a designer. Currently, she is based in Atlanta, GA and works as a custom Luxury Furniture Sales Rep for BRADLEY USA. In her spare time, she enjoys utilizing her creative skills to help small businesses.
Her current logo design is a nod to her younger self. “유” mimics the shape of a human figure, and is how her last name “Yoo” is spelled in Korean.
